Mission blu 2025 – A Workshop with a Difference

Four days, one lodge, five leaders and a trainer – that sounds either like the start of a new reality show or like an intense and inspiring journey into the future of blu Systems. Spoiler: It was the latter! From February 16 to 19, Tobi, Flo, Rü and Hao locked themselves away in a lodge with our trainer and coach Gunnar to philosophize and debate about “Mission blu 2025” and to set the course together for a successful future. From team challenges to the philosophy of leadership Of course, we could have taken the easy route: a few PowerPoint slides, a few clever quotes and a to-do list. But blu wouldn’t be blu if we settled for average. Instead, there was a concentrated dose of leadership coaching, workshops and team challenges that tested not only our minds but also our laugh muscles. Because mastering challenges together strengthens not only competence but, above all, cohesion. Pulling together – but in the right direction! The big goal: to develop a clear understanding of how we, as a leadership team, steer blu in the right direction. Different opinions? Of course! But that was exactly the point: having discussions, understanding perspectives, developing strategies and, in the end, going home with a shared vision. Because if everyone pulls on the same rope but in a different direction, it won’t work – and that’s what we wanted to prevent. Productive, intense and yes, fun too! Between focused strategy sessions, exciting coaching and challenging team tasks, there was also time for the occasional laugh – after all, who says hard work can’t be fun? At the end of these four days, one thing was clear: this event was not just important, but essential for the future of blu Systems. Mission blu 2025 has picked up speed – and we look forward to driving it forward with our combined strength!
