Once a day, all contracts in the domain are checked and, depending on the selected configuration, a reminder is created as a ticket for the responsible person and/or team. The integration runs every night and sends reminders for contracts that are approaching their cancellation date. Reminders are created as tickets in Xurrent and, if configured, assigned to the contract owner. How many days before the cancellation date the ticket is created is freely configurable, as is the number of reminders. Each contract can be configured individually. If no configuration exists for a contract, a default configuration from the app offering is used. As the cancellation date approaches, the ticket is set to “urgent” at fixed times and further notes are added. All of this helps the employee take the appropriate steps for the contract.
