The blu Experience Day 2025

A successful team day at blu Systems – workshops, fresh ideas and a stronger sense of togetherness. On July 29, 2025, we experienced a special company-wide day at blu Systems – with great results, valuable ideas and a healthy dose of team spirit. We worked intensively and hands-on in three workshops:

• Cross-team products & services: new ideas and approaches to align our services even more closely and leverage synergies.
• AI@blu & AI@customers: exchanging views on the opportunities and use cases of AI – both internally and at our customers.
• Team spirit: strengthening collaboration, communication and togetherness within the team.

Despite the mixed weather, the mood was positive throughout. Focused work in the morning and inspiring discussions led to concrete to-dos and projects that will move us and our customers forward for the long term. Toward the end of the day, things got quieter – time for conversations, exchange and relaxed get-togethers.

A heartfelt thank-you to our management for making this day possible. Formats like this not only strengthen collaboration, but also give us fresh energy for upcoming projects.
