How the Power Automate flow for contract monitoring works

Our automated flow regularly checks all contracts (e.g. from Xurrent) of a specified account for their expiration date. As soon as a contract expires within the next 30 days, a ticket is created automatically. This way, you are informed in good time and can initiate the necessary actions, such as contract renewals or follow-up activities, right away.

Flexible customization and individual reminders

The logic of the flow is flexible and can be tailored to your individual requirements. Reminders can be sent not only at a fixed point in time, such as 30 days before expiration, but at whatever frequency and time you choose. In addition, the flow can trigger further workflows (e.g. in Xurrent) and tickets to map the entire contract management process – from reminders to automated follow-up and process control.

Licensing and costs

To use the flow, you need a Power Automate Premium license, which is billed per user. The cost is EUR 15 per user per month with annual billing. In addition to unlimited cloud flows, this license includes access to premium and custom connectors as well as additional features such as attended desktop flows, AI Builder credits and storage for Microsoft Dataverse.

Technical requirements

With a Power Automate Premium license, up to 40,000 requests can be processed per user within 24 hours – which is normally more than enough for extensive automation in contract management.
