SMC Kickoff 2025 – Strategy, Strikes & Fun!

Two days of productive workshops, lively discussions and – of course – legendary bowling nights: That was our SMC Kickoff 2025! Our Solution & Management Consultant team got together on February 12 and 13 to tackle the coming year strategically. What went well? Where do we need to readjust? What are our priorities? We kicked off the workshop with these questions – and a healthy mix of ambition and humor.

Brainstorming, strategy & plans for the future

Both days were filled with intense discussion: What do we want for 2025? Which processes need fine-tuning? And where can we improve even further as a team? Thanks to many smart minds and creative ideas, we set clear goals for the year – without forgetting to laugh together. After all, teamwork works best with a good dose of fun! Special thanks go to our managing directors, Rü & Flo, who took time on the first morning to bring us up to speed on the past and the coming year. Their insights and support are valuable guidance and motivation for our team!

Bowling, cold drinks & culinary delights

After all the brainwork, the well-deserved reward came on the evening of February 12: a fun round of bowling, accompanied by white wine, beer and freshly delivered pizza. The friendly competition produced a few highlights – and one particularly outstanding performance: While Nina, Hao, Long, Dagmar, Dajana, Thomas, Daniel, Marc, Christian P. and Christian R. delivered their strikes, Yannic showed a unique talent… for gutter rounds. Was it the lane or the beer? We don't know, but one thing is certain: The atmosphere couldn't have been better!

Conclusion: Starting the new year strong – together!

Our SMC Kickoff 2025 was not only strategically valuable but also a real team experience. With clear goals, a good portion of motivation and a stronger sense of community, we are starting the new year ready to master challenges and celebrate successes.
